Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Ramadan 10X Challenge is open to participants worldwide. Registration is mandatory and must be completed accurately to be eligible for prizes. Any false information may lead to disqualification.

2. Participation Rules

• The challenge consists of 10 daily questions over the last 10 days of Ramadan.
• Participants must submit their answers through the official link provided on WhatsApp.
• Only one submission per person per day is allowed.
• Scores are calculated based on accuracy and speed.

3. Leaderboard and Points

A live leaderboard will track points in real-time. Final rankings for the day are determined once that day's challenge window is closed. In the event of a tie, the fastest submission time will break the tie.

4. Prizes and Rewards

Prizes (cash, gift cards, or physical rewards) will be awarded to the top 10 winners daily. All rewards are disbursed within 5 business days after the daily winners are officially verified. Verification may require a follow-up identity check.

5. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating

We maintain a strict anti-cheating policy. Any use of multiple accounts, bot automation, or collaborative score tampering will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the challenge.

6. Modifications

NiyyahPay reserves the right to modify the rules, challenge timing, or prize structure if necessary to maintain fairness or handle unforeseen technical issues. Any changes will be announced on the official WhatsApp channel.

7. Disclaimers

NiyyahPay is not responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the participant's end, or delays in WhatsApp delivery that may impact participation.
